Late 1940s Christain Dior Dressing Gown. From back when women were still creatures of the feminine mystique and well dressed even before they were “dressed”. This was one of my most coveted pieces and I will vouch for its provenance as I knew the lady from who’s estate I purchased it personally. She bought shortly after the war.
