I wanted to play ball so bad that my neighbor whom was coach of a little league team took me on dispite the fact that I didn’t own a glove. I sat on the bench for every game because of it and I was heartbroken not to be able to play. I frequently came home with bruised hands from practicing without a glove and when my uncle found out that my parents could not afford a glove for me, he gave me this glove.
