Jane Hart is an area legend in the field of dance. As a teenager in the early 40s Jane Hart left Hartford, CT for New York City to audition for the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. She was accepted, however the young dancer decided to pass up her opportunity realizing she was more committed to the students in her dance school back home. The JANE HART SCHOOL OF DANCING has a long history of teaching and is known throughout the area. Hart says that through the years she’s probably taught more than 25,000 people to dance.
