Last week Buffalo Gal Vintage had this dress at a showing and behold, an opera singer purchased it off the models back because she was leaving the following day to Madrid. It was Destiny.

True story: I wore this dress as a junior in high school in 1968!

On my wedding day one of my wife’s bridesmaids (who decided she needed to work instead of attend her bachorlette party) two nights before and did not attend the rehearsal dinner bailed on us right as they were all getting ready as she had some “emergency” to attend to. (We still have not found of out what that was almost a month later) When she left, she also left us not only with the memory of a friend bailing on us, but also with an unworn bridesmaid dress that has been haning in our closet haunting us, and WE NEED TO GET RID OF IT!

Worn by Kylie Williams when she captured the title of Miss Florida 2007 (Miss America Organization) AND won preliminary evening gown!

This is a C1880s Red Calico Cotton Dress with Pennsylvania Provenance via a slip of paper I found in the pocket of this great red cotton calico dress. It reads: Aunt Anna’ Husband Harry Kready dress when he was a small boy”.
This vintage 2 piece set was purchased from a very elegant little lady and was actually worn at the 1965 Inaugural Ball for President John F. Kennedy. This family was very political & socially prominant & I have no reason to disbelieve her.
