HELLS ANGELS SUPPORT L/S SHIRT SFV IRON CROSS BRM

THIS SHIRT HAS A BIT OF CONTOVERSARY ATTACHED I HAVE BEEN TOLD. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT BE TRUE HOWEVER HERES THE STORY. WHEN MADE THE DESIGN HAD 2 LIGHTENING BOLTS IN THE CENTER OF THE CIRCLE. SINCE THESE WERE ORDERED, THE CLUBS DECIDED NOT TO USE THE BOLTS ANY MORE IN THEIR SUPPORT WARES. (Note: this also may or may not be true…) SO, AS THE SHIRTS WERE ALREADY ORDERED AND COULD NOT BE CHANGED, IT WAS DECIDED TO ADD, AFTER THEY WERE RECEIVED FROM THE SILK SCREENER, AN IRON CROSS AND HAVE IT STITCHED OVER THE OFFENSIVE BOLTS. AS YOU WILL SEE IF YOU OWN THIS SHIRT, THERE IS A LARGE RED FABRIC CIRCLE WITH AN IRON CROSS AFFIXED TO IT AND THEN SEWED TO THE SHIRT. INTERESTING STORY AND SEEMS LIKE IT COULD BE TRUTH LOOKING AT THE SHIRT INSIDE OUT. NEVER KNOW UNLESS SOMEONE ASKS THE CLUB. BE BRAVE, BID AND WIN THIS SHIRT. CALL SOMEONE FROM THE SFV CLUB AND DISCOVER THE TRUTH. LET ME KNOW TOO..

Dane Cook tee SIGNED by Robert Kelly from D.C.’s tour!!

This tee was bought at the Prudential Center in NJ & is from Dane’s Isolated Incident tour from May of ‘09.

I was waiting in line to get a t-shirt after the amazing show & suddenly heard all kinds of screaming! I look over & a the end of the table is Robert Kelly! He jumped behind the tables & started signing t-shirts, tickets, cd’s whatever the fans had for him! He also took pictures with fans. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture with him (I didn’t have my camera on me) BUT he did sign my t-shirt (quickly) & gave me a kiss on my cheek! LOL He signed the upper back of my t-shirt with his initials RK.

1992 D.A.R.E. Keep Kids Off Drugs T-shirt.

IN THE 90′S THERE WAS A LOT OF GANG VIOLENCE AND DRUG DEALING IN THE US. THE POLICE AND THE DARE PROGRAM HAD TO STOP PRODUCTION OF THESE PARTICULAR T-SHIRTS. THE REASON BEING WAS THE DRUG DEALERS AND GANG MEMBERS WOULD OBTAIN THESE SHIRTS AND WEAR THEM SO THEY THOUGHT THE POLICE WOULDN’T IDENTIFY THEM AS GANG AND DRUG DEALERS. THEY WERE MEANT FOR KIDS PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM. THE POLICE COULDN’T TELL THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE GOOD GUYS AND THE BAD GUYS.

Original GEN CON 11 Convention T-Shirt NEW NM!

Provenance: This shirt (one of two) was received as a gift from former TSR designer, Steven R. Marsh shortly before I left Dallas in 2009. Steve worked at TSR as a designer and editor in the very early years of TSR (late 70s) and wrote/edited the Expert D&D rule set and the first TSR mini-game SAGA.

Personal Comment: I attended GEN CONs bracketing this convention … in 1977 with my brother and a buddy (we camped in Big Foot national park south of Lake Geneva and played in the convention tournament), then again in 1979 with Judges Guild, and likely one more time in 1980 (working the JG table, even though I no longer was employed by them). I wouldn’t attend a Midwestern GEN CON again ‘til 1987.

“Meese Is a Pig” T-Shirt Iran-Contra Reagan XL

In 1987 I ( Jeff Nelson, Minor Threat / Dischord ) was so mad at the Reagan administration during the Iran-Contra scandal, and especially at Attorney General Edwin Meese for doing nothing about it, that I put together a big poster campaign around Washington, DC. There were about 60 people from within the DC punk scene helping to silkscreen big posters, which said “Meese Is A Pig” and had an essay written by my friend Kurt, laying out all the reasons why. Some of us got caught putting them up, but that did not deter us from printing a second batch months later. For this second version, I added “Experts Agree!” at the top in place of the text at the bottom. I printed up a handful of t-shirts for those who helped me, and put the text from the bottom of the first poster on the back of the t-shirt. This time, between the FBI and the U.S. Park Police and U.S. Capitol Police and Washington, DC Police and Arlington County Police and Montgomery County Police, there were quite a few law enforcement agencies out there to catch more of us, and they did just that! While we waited to appear in court, I decided to sell the t-shirts, and it became a very successful campaign in itself. At one point, a bicycle messenger was denied access to the Justice Department for wearing one of these shirts, and the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) threatened to sue the Justice Department for its policy regarding the shirt. Everyone was sure we had engineered the whole thing, but we had nothing to do with it - the whole thing had a life of its own. I am not sure we can take credit for his departure, but the swine did eventually resign. The shirt has not been printed since 1988.

RAREST T SHIRT ON EARTH!! 70s vtg STAR WARS CREW SHIRT

It was made by the crew when filming commenced on A New Hope. There were very few….this was the working title of the film “Transcelestians” (similar to Blue Harvest but much more obscure). This shirt was actually owned by Ben Burtt (4 time academy award winning sound designer). You know the guy who invented the Darth Vader breathing sound….
